Rosen Method Bodywork is a unique form of hands-on work that explores one’s relationship with oneself. Signature elements of the work are a listening touch, awareness-guided dialogue, and nonjudging presence. A Rosen Method practitioner facilitates a deeper understanding of how muscle tension may block the expression of one’s essential self. Join us for an experiential discovery of this exceptional modality.

Consider this workshop for personal development or continued education. It is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who wants to know more about the interplay between the body and emotions — bodyworkers, coaches, therapists, counselors, social workers, teachers, artists. You will learn skills that will deepen and guide your own work, practice, and habits of self-care. Inquire about CEUs.

Co-taught by Sarah Dandridge, certified Rosen practitioner and Senior Bodywork teacher. She is also a practitioner of Somatic Experiencing, the work of Peter Levine to resolve trauma in the body. She has taught Rosen work in Canada, Russia, New Mexico, and the Bay Area.

Co-taught by Louisa Castner, a certified Rosen Bodywork practitioner with a private practice in Minneapolis. She studied with Marion Rosen and other teachers at Rosen Method: The Berkeley
Center (California).
